COMPREHENSIVE FEMININE HEALTH
OPTIMIZATION PROTOCOL

PROTOCOL OVERVIEW

I built this protocol based on my own journey as I sought to dive deeper into what feminine health can look/feel like when optimized.

But first, let’s pause.
What does that even mean?

We’re starting to hear the phrase “optimize your health” more and more — especially in the wellness space. Terms like female health optimization get thrown around, but often without clear definition… and even less guidance on how to actually do it.

This protocol was my answer to that question.

It’s the framework I created as I studied my own labs, tuned into my cycle, refined my nutrition, and experimented with personalized supplementation — all while honoring the unique rhythms of the female body.

Now, I’m pulling back the curtain and sharing what I’ve learned —

STATISTICS

Underrepresentation in Research:

Women represent over half of the U.S. population, yet only about 8.8% to 10.8% of the NIH budget is allocated to women's health research .

truage biological age testing

As part of my Feminine Health Optimization Protocol, I ran a TruAge test — an advanced epigenetic test that measures my biological age (how old my cells are functioning) rather than just my chronological age (what my birth certificate says).

When I received my TruAge results, I could see exactly where my body was thriving — and where it needed support. I used that data to:

- Adjust my supplement stack
- Fine-tune my macros and micronutrients to support methylation
-Deepen my nervous system regulation practices
- Track changes over time (DunedinPACE)

(DunedinPACE shows my current pace of aging) This can be tracked as early as every 6 months to assess implemented targeted lifestyle changes.

My initial pace was

After 6 months of targeted interventions my pace was ...

1. NMN– NAD+ precursor to support cellular energy and sirtuin activation
2. CoQ10 (Ubiquinol) – mitochondrial and egg quality support
(especially important over age 30)
3. Berberine – insulin sensitizer and blood sugar regulator
4. Magnesium Glycinate – supports insulin sensitivity, stress, and sleep
5. Probiotics (clinically backed strains) – support microbiome and
estrogen clearance
6. L-Glutamine – gut lining repair and intestinal barrier integrity
7. Prenatal with active forms (methylfolate, B12) – foundational
 for preconception
8. Omega-3 (EPA/DHA) – anti-inflammatory and supports hormone
building blocks
9. N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) – supports glutathione production and
ovarian health

Oura Ring App

health tracking

I am a very visual learner. I like to be able to see my personalized scores, stats, or data—it helps me stay intentional with my daily habits and long-term health goals. Here are the tools I use to track different aspects of my health:

Having these visual insights helps me stay connected to my body and notice patterns I might have missed otherwise. It’s a small way I check in with myself and make sure my body is balanced and supported.

Oura Ring – For sleep, recovery, readiness, and activity tracking

Levels (CGM) – To monitor real-time blood glucose levels and understand how food, stress, and movement affect my metabolism

BMI Scale – To track changes in weight and body composition over time
